这个是我最爱的腰部(旁边)拉筋哦,这个可以从下腰拉着上经过我们的QL muscle,跟着上到LAT muscle 的位子。再维持个5秒然后重复到它2x舒服为止。

以下就是教你如何做这优雅的拉筋😂
1- 坐着脚交叉
2-坐直到像KLCC将
3-一只手弯然后放在地上,另外一只手在头上面然后朝向另一只手(在地上的手)

Here how to preform low back and side of the body stretch:

Site & cross your leg
Site up nice and straight
Bend one arm by your side
Raise the other arm overhear & bend
Place the bend arm on the ground and reach the with the other arm.
